The Minister of Higher Education Announces :

The Turkish government, initiator of the  Scholarship Programme for African Leaders of Tomorrow is offering to the Cameroon government a number of scholarships for the 2017/2018 academic year, in different Turkish universities.

These scholarships concern young cameroonians willing to study at the Masters or Ph.D levels.
