This scheme offers nationals of low- and middle-income countries the opportunity to receive training at Master’s degree level.
Who can apply
You can apply for an International Master’s Fellowship if :
- you're a national of a low-or middle-income country - your proposed research focuses on a health priority in a low- or middle-income country - you have sponsorship from an eligible host organisation in a low- or middle-income country apart from mainland China.You must:
- hold a clinical or non-clinical undergraduate degree in a relevant subject - be at an early stage in your career with limited research experience (but you must have demonstrated interest in, or aptitude for, research).Details here https://wellcome.org

The 2021 World Bank Scholarships Program
The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is open to citizens of certain developing countries
The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is open to citizens of certain developing countries with relevant professional experience and a history of supporting their countries’ development efforts who are applying to a master degree program in a development-related topic.
Subject to available funding, JJWBGSP offers scholarships for 48 Participating Programs at universities in U.S., Europe, Africa, Oceania and Japan in key areas of development, including economic policy management, tax policy, and infrastructure management. Please note that if you are not admitted to one of these 48 programs, you are not eligible to apply for a JJWBGSP Scholarship in 2021.
The 2021 application window for developing country nationals opened on March 22, 2021 and will close on May 21, 2021.

Press Release to launch the April-June 2021 session of the Higher National Diploma HND exam.
Press release of the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education
The April-June 2021 session of the Higher National Diploma (HND) exam shall take place in the following four (4) centres: Bamenda, Buea, Douala and Yaounde.
Other examination centres could be created if conditions so permit.
The Higher National Diploma Exam shall be organized in two phases:
• Practical examination in April (19th to 24th April 2021)
• Written examination in June (07th to 12th June 2021)However, for the conduct of the exam in sorne specialities, the grouping of candidates could be done in the various above-mentioned centres if infrastructural constraints so impose.
The candidates concerned shall be informed indue course.
